1. How much yard space do you have?

2. How many members are there in your family?

3. How often do you do the washing?

Consider whether a rotary hoist will fit the space you have, if there is no room then consider a folding frame clothesline or a retracting clothesline! Both of these alternatives will cope with a  good sized wash load and fit into tighter yard spaces
